Over the years, especially when our daughters were young, we travelled pretty much all of the East Coast of America, well, that is apart from the state of Maine which we thought was just a wee bit too far to drive there and back in one of our two week fly-drive vacations.
Our road trips once took us right down the centre of the US. Starting our drive way up in Chicago and winding our way down through Indianna, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama in to Mississippi ending up in New Orleans.
Finally we ventured out West too visiting California and Las Vegas.
