Japan 2014

Japan was a place that I thought I’d never in a million years get to visit. It’s a place that holds mysteries of ancient temples and ways of life long lost, ancient martial arts and crafts like Origami, all juxtaposed alongside the ultra modern lifestyle of electronics, gadgets and bullet trains.

From all accounts it was going to be massively expensive as hotels and eatig out were simply beyond our reach and we’d really, really have to stretch our budget.

In reality, it really wasn’t that expensive at all.
